Developed through years of industry feedback and real-world testing, the WRAPTOR rebar tying tool uses a 1.3mm high-tensile single wire system for tighter, stronger ties – consistently outperforming manual tying methods.

This advanced and world leading cordless automatic rebar tie gun operates in under 0.5 seconds per tie, significantly increasing output compared to manual tying. The WRAP-44 can tie between 12-44mm total diameter which makes it suitable for most rebar tying applications.

Low-profile tying also keeps finished ties under 12 mm above rebar, supporting concrete cover requirements. With an unmatched economy of 225-420 ties per coil, each carton of tie wire (24 coils) will give you up to 10,000 ties.

Powered by the RAPIDTOOL REO-BOSS 18V battery platform, the WRAPTOR rebar tier delivers up to 4,000 ties per charge, keeping crews working longer with minimal interruption.
