The system is secured on-site with Connolly’s patented peg and wedge installation method for quick and easy setup.
This expansion joint profile features pre-formed holes for compatibility with Connolly Universal Dowel Sleeves (UDS). Using the patented twist-fix system, the Universal Dowel Sleeves can be quickly fitted into the steel section. The holes are designed to accommodate round dowels up to 30mm in diameter and square dowels up to 24mm, making the system highly versatile.
Available in 3m lengths, the Connolly Expansion Joint suits a wide range of slab thicknesses from 100mm to 200mm, providing contractors with a practical and high-performance solution for concrete slab construction.
