The Connolly Rebate Mould for Expansion Joints is manufactured from durable white rigid plastic and is designed to securely clip onto the top of the joint profile. This innovative system ensures a precise and professional finish for concrete expansion joints during installation.
An additional plastic cap fits neatly onto the white mould, creating a perfectly formed rebate above the Connolly EXJ Expansion Joint during the concrete pour. Once the top profile is removed, the rebate measuring 16mm wide and 10mm high is ready for filling with a high-performance flexible joint sealant. Supplied in convenient 3m lengths, Connolly Rebate Moulds offer reliability, efficiency, and long-lasting performance in concrete construction.
